Build Momentum
MOBILIZE YOUR COMMUNITY
Where To Begin
The good news is that schools can change, even in a matter of months. But a key is raising community awareness of the importance of change. It takes a village to change a school — so don’t put this all on one person (even the school’s head). Far better if a representative group of change agents (your ‘Committee of Ten’) takes a positive, constructive approach to elevating learning outcomes. The videos below help you generate widespread community enthusiasm for reimagining school and recruiting your Committee of Ten.
