Unless you purposefully bring it to life every day your lovingly and collaboratively created poster of the classroom agreements will become another decoration on the wall. To keep those agreements alive you need to both highlight them and manage regular reflective check-ins. This video gives some great examples of how to achieve that without becoming the “agreement police.”
