CARING AND CONNECTED COMMUNITIES

  • Consistent reinforcement that the agreements need to be followed is critical to success and equally important is knowing why they aren’t being followed. Determine the reasons first, design your response after, and never lose sight of the fact that the end goal of agreements is learning.

  • How do “connecting before correcting” and “noticing language” contribute to the success of the agreements?
