Manager's Special, with Mel and Josh: Teaching in Teams

🌈 Join Mel Ching and Josh Reppun as they screen, focus group style, a new film titled Teaching in Teams, by acclaimed filmmaker, Charles Haine.  Charles Haine is the Acting Program Director for the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College. He has been a filmmaker and entrepreneur working in the motion picture industry since 1999, and received his MFA from USC in 2006. Haine founded the Academy Award nominated production company Dirty Robber in 2008, which has gone on to success in feature films, shorts as well as commercials and music videos.  He was also the founder of Coyote Post and was part of the founding team of Cinleicious.tv. Among Haine's long form directing highlights are:the web series, Salty Pirate and the feature film, Angel's Perch, starring Joyce Van Patten, Ellen Crawford, Ashley Jones and Ally Walker.  He recently published two books with Focal Press: Business & Entrepreneurship for Filmmakers and Color Grading 101. He was formerly an associate professor at Los Angeles City College. In 2011, Haine published his first book, The Urban Cyclist’s Handbook, and he appeared as the technical consultant host on the Discovery Channel show Unchained Reaction. He writes tech articles for NoFilmSchool.com, hosts a podcasts called The Week In Film Tech. πŸŽ₯
